Refund Policy

Charitable donations are not refundable.

Fees paid as part of a workshop or camp registration may be refunded provided adequate notice is given.
* Workshops require 2 business days notice of cancellation for a refund to be given.
* Camps require 2 weeks notice of cancellation for a refund to be given.
We understand you may not be able to provide adequate notice of a scheduling conflict. In this situation, please contact us via email (contact@moneytalkff.org). You may send another individual in your place, apply the registration fee to a different event or convert the registration fee to a tax deductible donation. If another participant will be taking your place, they will be responsible for completing any registration information that was required asap.

While we will make every attempt to provide all scheduled workshops and camps, it may be necessary for Moneytalk to cancel or reschedule the event. In such a situation, all pre-registered individuals will be contacted as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled or you cannot attend the rescheduled date, your registration fee will be refunded or you may choose to convert the amount of the registration fee to a tax deductible donation.

Workshops or camps will never be cancelled due to low registration. They may be canceled due to no pre-registrations, in which case our website and Facebook events will be updated to state the event is canceled. There will also be a newsletter emailed communicating the cancellation.
